Linklaters forms German group to target expected bank mergers

Linklaters is to launch a new overarching industry group to deal with an expected spate of mergers in the German banking sector.

As of 1 May, the top five London firm will launch an umbrella team drawing on the firm’s core practices in corporate and finance to market to institutional clients.
