Senior IP lawyers have reacted with anger to patent and trademark attorneys Marks & Clerk’s decision to relaunch its associated law firm under its own name.
The rebranding sees Blair & Co, the three-partner associated law firm Marks & Clerk launched in 2000, adopt the name Marks & Clerk Solicitors. The law arm will continue to be led by senior partner Mark Blair.
