Denton Wilde Sapte is facing a double embarrassment as it emerges that the firm is to be reported to the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors (OSS) while, in a separate incident, its largest foreign office has uncovered a £200,000 funding gap.

As Legal Week went to press, Dentons was this week set to be reported to the OSS in relation to a court dispute between its client Barclays and Norwich Union over property liabilities.
