CMS Cameron McKenna and Ashurst have closed the £1.1bn merger between UK publishing houses Informa Group and Taylor & Francis Group.
The deal, which is being hailed as the largest UK publishing merger to close in recent years, will create a new publishing giant, T&F Informa.
