Premier Spanish firm Uria & Menendez has advised local construction giant Sacyr Vallehermoso on its e1.28bn (£858m) takeover of Portuguese rival Somague.
Sacyr is to acquire the controlling stake in Somague, Portugal’s second largest construction company, from shareholders Sofip and Freeman Investments.
