Fulbright & Jaworski has become the second-largest firm in Texas, pushing local rival Vinson & Elkins into third position, according to 2003 fee income.

The Houston-based firm saw last year’s revenues up by 8% to hit $445.1m (£238.5m) compared to a 4% fall in fees at Vinson, pushing turnover down to $440m (£235.7m).
