T-Mobile UK general counsel Julia Chain has been appointed as a part-time commissioner to the Commission of Racial Equality as part of its modernisation programme.
Chain, who is also a director at T-Mobile UK (part of Deutsche Telekom) previously worked at a variety of law firms including Shearman & Sterling, Herbert Smith, Hobson Audley and Garretts before joining the then One 2 One in 1998.
