Clifford Chance (CC) has bolstered its arbitration and corporate departments in Paris by taking three lawyers from rival firms. Pierre Mayer, a consultant from Coudert Brothers, is to join the firm’s Paris office next month, also as a consultant. He will move to the French arbitration practice that is led locally by partners Jason Fry and Jean-Pierre Grandjean.

In addition, Frank Martin Laprade from Moquet Borde and Francois Kopf from Herbert Smith, both join as associates in CC’s local corporate practice.
