Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson and Sullivan & Cromwell have scored the lead roles on Cingular Wireless’ $41bn (£21.5bn) takeover of AT&T Wireless.
The agreed deal sees Cingular LLC, a joint venture between BellSouth and SBC Communications, buy AT&T Wireless for a total of $41bn, with AT&T Wireless shareholders receiving $15 (£7.88) cash per common share.
