Linklaters has scooped a prestigious Central European instruction after beating UK rivals Allen & Overy (A&O), Lovells and Clifford Chance (CC) to win the lead role on Hungary’s first ever public private partnership (PPP).
The firm is advising the Hungarian Government as it launches an international tender this month to design, build and operate a new 53km motorway between Erd, on the outskirts of Budapest, to the city of Dunaujvaros.
