Lathams hires West Coast partner

Latham & Watkins has hired a senior outsourcing lawyer to boost its Silicon Valley technology practice.

Technology transactions specialist Daniel Mummery will join Lathams as a partner from Cooley Godward, where he headed the top 10 US firm’s outsourcing group in Palo Alto.
