Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Lovells have taken lead roles in the high profile £259m sale of media empire Hollinger International to the Barclay brothers.
Skaddens is acting as US counsel to the Barclay brothers on the deal, which is being led out of New York. US corporate partner Morris Kramer is leading the Skaddens team, assisted by corporate partners Alan Myers in the US and Michael Hatchard in the UK.
