Italian independent Sutti has launched a stand-alone tax practice with the hire of 13 lawyers from in-house and private practice.
The new tax department will be headed up by Giampaolo Corabi, who joins from multinational consultancy company Niwon, and includes 12 other lawyers from firms such as Ashurst, Studio Di Tanno and KLegal.
