Bermuda and Cayman firms secure tie-up

Bermuda’s Appleby Spurling & Kempe and Cayman Islands firm Hunter & Hunter are to merge to create a 100-lawyer offshore specialist.

The deal, which goes live on 1 April and is the first merger between firms from Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, will see the two practices combine as Appleby Spurling & Hunter.
