One in three senior UK lawyers still fear the break-up of a top 50 UK firm despite recent evidence of rising business confidence, it has emerged.

The Legal Week/EJ Legal Big Question survey, which polled more than 100 of the UK’s leading lawyers, found a third (34%) believed a major UK firm would be ‘likely’ to dissolve over the next 12 months, with a further 3% stating it was ‘highly likely’.
