New York’s Debevoise & Plimpton has hired a former Clifford Chance (CC) M&A partner to boost its Hong Kong office. Thomas Britt has been in Hong Kong since 1994 and was with the CC legacy firm Rogers & Wells. In 2000, Britt left CC after its merger with Rogers & Wells to found a locally-based investment bank, IRG Limited.
