Wragge & Co has lost its first equity partner to a local rival with the departure of rated litigation partner Ann Benzimra to the Birmingham office of Hammonds.
Benzimra will join Hammonds next year and is expected to become Birmingham head of litigation when current head Digby Rose retires in 2005.
