DLA has sealed the high-profile debt restructuring of Leeds United, putting the firm in pole position to advise on the expected sale of the cash-strapped football club.
Insolvency partner Richard O’Bank led the team restructuring the Premier League club’s £80m worth of debt prior to the announcement on Friday (5 December) that it was looking for a buyer.
