Two-thirds of top firms have been punished by clients for acting in commercial conflict situations, and most of them agree that this action was justified.
The latest Big Question survey of more than 100 leading business lawyers – conducted by Legal Director‘s sister paper Legal Week in association with EJ Legal – found that 66% of respondents had encountered clients who had sent their work elsewhere after the firm acted for a competitor.
