Corporate counsel are beginning to see the green shoots of recovery. After the corporate malaise and collapse of recent times, a substantial number of corporate counsel view the next 12 months with increasing confidence.
According to Legal Director‘s latest Benchmarker survey on business confidence, conducted in association with Eversheds, 84% of respondents think that business will either stay the same, get a little better or get a lot better over the next 12 months. Included in that total percentage are an impressive 64% who thought thatbusiness would perform a little better. And it isthe larger in-house departments that are feeling most bullish.
