Morgan Lewis & Bockius is voting this afternoon (3 December) on a deal to acquire the Palo Alto office of New York IP firm Pennie & Edmonds’.
A spokesman for Morgan Lewis confirmed the move to Legal Week, which if successful would hand the Philadelphia-based firm Pennies’ 31-lawyer office, adding to the firm’s recently launched 16-lawyer Palo Alto practice.
