CMS Cameron McKenna’s European alliance has launched a study into financial and management integration in what could be the first step towards fully integrating the 1,300-lawyer group.
The study, which is being overseen by CMS chairman Robert Derry Evans, is to investigate financial and management obstacles to fully integrating the firms’ 450 partners.
