Shearman raids Davenports for UK IP launch

Shearman & Sterling has launched a UK IP practice with the hire of Davenport Lyons partner Deborah Lincoln.

Lincoln – who has previously advised major clients such as Burberry, British Gas and Six Continents on major transactions – joins the firm as a senior associate next month.
