Jones Day is to this month drop the Gouldens’ name in the UK – consigning the legacy London firm’s name to history just nine months after the US firm’s takeover of Gouldens.
The highly symbolic move, which will take effect from 29 November, will see the US firm ditch the Jones Day Gouldens tag it has used in the UK since its February tie-up with Gouldens.
