Leading German independent firm Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner is set to restructure as a Swiss Societe Co-operative (SC).
The move will see the firm, which operates as a multi-disciplinary partnership (MDP) in Germany, follow in the footsteps of the now defunct Andersen Worldwide by establishing a co-ordinating company in Switzerland.
