Two-thirds of top firms have been punished by clients for acting in commercial conflict situations, and most of them agree that this action was justified.
The latest EJ Legal/Legal Week Big Question survey of more than 100 leading business lawyers found that 66% of respondents had encountered clients who had sent their work elsewhere after the firm acted for a competitor.
