National firm Shoosmiths has hired former Lester Aldridge partner Martin Roderick to become its new head of asset finance.
Roderick, who joined the firm as a partner in the newly-created role last week, will be based in its Northampton office and will oversee the firm’s 50 finance lawyers across its eight offices, primarily specialising in manufacturing and bank financing issues.
