DLA has launched an Italian practice with the surprise takeover of Coudert Brothers’ Milan arm as the national UK giant turns up the pace of its continental invasion.
The Italian deal, which came into effect from 6 October, will see the whole of Couderts’ 32-lawyer practice transfer to DLA under the lead of local managing partner Federico Sutti.
