Two leading High Court judges have branded the QC system as outdated and called for the profession to forge an independent kite mark for senior advocates at a gathering of senior litigators.
Speaking at a Commercial Litigators’ Forum on 25 September, Mr Justice Langley and Mr Justice Neuberger became among the first members of the senior judiciary to publicly criticise the QC system.
