DLA has launched its own Italian law practice with the surprise takeover of Coudert Brothers’ Milan arm as the UK giant turns up the pace of its Continental invasion.
The Italian deal, which comes into effect from Monday (6 October), will see the whole of Couderts’ 32-lawyer practice transfer to DLA under the lead of local managing partner Federico Sutti.
