A trio of City law firms – Ashurst Morris Crisp, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Nabarro Nathanson – have closed the largest property deal this year, the £600m sale of 137 National Car Parks (NCP) properties.
Ashursts head of M&A Charlie Geffen and head of property Simon Cookson led the team to advise NCP, the UK’s largest car park operator, on the property restructure and refinance, involving a transfer and 35-year lease of the car parks.
