Addleshaws heads south
The merger back in May between Addleshaw Booth & Co and London’s Theodore Goddard (TG) to create a 174-partner, top 20 national firm under the name Addleshaw Goddard (AG) was toasted as a success then – and continues to win plaudits today.

In what some describe as a takeover by the northwest firm, the newly-formed AG has been well received by the industry. TG had been struggling against multiple partner losses for some time prior to the merger and Addleshaws, despite its dramatic de-equitisation of 11 partners last year, was ripe to step up to national level.
