City law firm Nicholson Graham & Jones advised IT components distributor Eurodis Electron on its £17.8m placing and open offer in the UK and associated £33m financing in the UK, The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The deal was led by corporate partners Michael Johns and Richard Talbot, with support from banking partner Paul Salsbury. The placing and open offer was made by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, advised by Macfarlanes corporate partner Tim Lewis. The £28m asset-backed facility was provided by Burdale Financial, advised by Denton Wilde Sapte banking partner Michael Black. The balance of the facility was provided in Germany by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance.
