Two of the UK’s best-known media law firms – Olswang and Salans – have closed a £32m joint venture (JV) to create DNA Films, a company that will produce, finance and distribute British films.
Olswang advised Twentieth Century Fox and Fox Searchlight Pictures, while Salans advised the UK Film Council’s lottery franchisee DNA and its management team, led by producer Andrew Macdonald.
