Mace & Jones, Elliotts marriage plan fails

Northwest firms Mace & Jones and Elliotts have abandoned their proposed merger – just over a month after announcing the tie-up.

Elliotts confirmed last week that its remaining five-partner practice will instead move to Ricksons, launching a Manchester office for the Preston-based firm covering commercial, IP, construction, employment and licensing.
