This year I will have the difficult task of assuming Richard Susskind’s mantle as chairman of the Forum. Richard and I have worked together for many years. Indeed, he introduced me to the role of IT in a modern law firm. He has always advocated that IT should demonstrate its value to a law firm in coherent and tangible terms. I am delighted that Richard will be joining the panel at this event.
Richard will be joined by a formidable panel of experts with direct and relevant experience of devising and implementing IT projects in both law firms and cons sector organisation. They bear the scars of persuading lawyers and users of the benefit of top quality IT systems and have lived up to the challenge of delivering a return and business change as a result of such investment.
