Dorsey & Whitney has hired a second set of litigators from a big four accountant as evidence mounts that US governance reforms have shut accountancy firms out of the tax litigation market.
The deal sees the US firm’s 40-lawyer London office this week take on two senior lawyers from Ernst & Young’s (E&Y’s) in-house tax litigation team.
