Salans is set to take the lion’s share of US firm Altheimer & Gray’s disintegrating European network after making a formal offer to Altheimers’ dissolution committee.
Sources claim that Altheimers’ Bratislava, Istanbul and Prague offices could transfer in their entirety to Salans, while the firm’s Kiev, Warsaw and Paris offices – where Salans has a presence – are still considering other deals.
