CMS Cameron McKenna has won a major role advising two established clients on a £4bn joint venture (JV) to rebuild and then service a number of British Army garrisons.

The City firm is advising Aspire Defence – a 50:50 JV between support services and maintenance company Mowlem and construction company Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) – as provisional preferred bidder for the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD’s) Project Allenby/Connaught.
