Allen & Overy (A&O) has appointed English-qualified partner Stephen Denyer as joint managing partner of its 200-lawyer Italian arm, as the London-based giant overhauls the management of its local practice.
Frankfurt-based Denyer, who is also managing partner for Continental Europe, will act as joint managing partner alongside Rome managing partner and capital markets expert Massimiliano Danusso.
