Pinsents is to overhaul its partners’ equity awards as the firm nears the end of a four-month review that is understood to have contributed to a spate of partner departures at the national firm this year.
The review, which began in April, is due to be finished at the end of this month leading to a re-allocation of partners’ equity points.
