The Law Society has won its appeal against race and sex discrimination claims levelled against Chancery Lane by its former vice president Kamlesh Bahl.
The employment appeal tribunal today (31 July) overturned the tribunal finding in 2001 that the Law Society was “vicariously liable” for discrimination in dealing with internal complaints against Bahl.
