US firm Hunton & Williams has won a role advising on the high-profile dispute between internationally funded Kenyan company Grain Bulk Handlers (GBH) and the Kenyan Government.

The work, referred from Kenyan firm Kapila Anjarwalla and Khanna, sees Huntons international arbitration partner John Miles advise GBH, a new client for the firm. The dispute focuses on discounts made by the Kenyan Ports Authority to local companies, which GBH argues are unfair.
