The London arm of collapsing US firm Altheimer & Gray is set to move wholesale to Kilpatrick Stockton following two weeks of intense negotiations, Legal Week Global can reveal.
The firm’s London management board recommended Kilpatricks’ offer to around 30 of its lawyers on Monday (14 July) after deciding not to pursue advanced negotiations with US firms Reed Smith and Crowell & Moring.
