IT directors at top City law firms have almost unanimously reported a widespread failure in getting their fee earners to accept and use workflow technologies during the past few years.
A major survey, conducted by Legal IT in association with Canon, found that 86% of City-based respondents described law firms’ performance in this area as either ‘pretty poor’ or ‘dreadfully bad’.
