A host of City law firms have combined to seal the BBC’s first venture into the bond market – an £800m issue based on the corporation’s flagship central London premises, Broadcasting House.
Denton Wilde Sapte is advising a special purpose vehicle (SPV) set up for the deal, with Linklaters working for regular client the BBC.
