London firm Hextalls has become only the second UK practice to register a US branch as a limited liability partnership (LLP) as the insurance specialist gears up to open a New York office in September.
The five-lawyer practice will be led by partner Andrew Banfill, who joined Hextalls earlier this year from top 10 UK firm DLA.
