Appearing on Monday (30 June) before the Lord Chancellor’s Department parliamentary select committee for the first time since he took up the post of Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs, Falconer gave his fullest account yet of how he plans to take forward the Government’s reform programme.
