Spain is set to introduce compulsory post-graduate education for practising lawyers for the first time under draft legislation currently being debated in the country’s parliament.
The proposals, which have been strongly welcomed by Spain’s commercial lawyers, were put before the Spanish Congress by the ruling Popular Party Government on 28 May.
