The London arm of US firm McDermott Will & Emery has been hit by the departures of star telecoms partner Stephanie Liston and rated tax partner Jonathan Ivinson, both of whom have joined US competitors.
The firm has now lost 20% of its London-based partners in the past six months, with five leading partners jumping ship to join rival firms.
